Every quote starts with a free walkthrough. We look at the job in person, by phone, or over video, figure the crew and the hours, and send you the full price in writing before anything gets booked. If you book, that's the number you pay.

For moves, no, we're a labor crew. You line up the rental truck, POD, or storage unit and we handle the loading, padding, and unloading at $60 per mover with a two-hour minimum. For junk removal and cleanouts it's different: we bring whatever the job needs to get the debris off the property, so you don't have to arrange anything.

Sometimes, depending on the size and timing of the job. If a deposit applies, it's spelled out in your written quote before you commit. It's never sprung on you at the door.

A week or two ahead is safe. End-of-month weekends fill first, and turn season, late July into August, gets locked in months out, so property managers should reserve crews in spring. If the schedule has an opening, we can sometimes turn a job around in a day or two.

Yes. On cleanouts and junk removal, the quote covers the crew, the haul-off, and the dump fees, along with whatever equipment we need to bring to do it. There's a short list of things we can't legally take, like paint, chemicals, oil, tires, and anything hazardous. If you're not sure about an item, ask and we'll tell you straight.

Always, and at no upcharge. We board and pad whatever the job runs across, driveways included. If there's a spot you're worried about, point it out and we'll work around it.
